Even if you aren't physically strong, having a strong heart and continuing to care about your friends makes you plenty powerful.

And what sort of help are you offering, exactly?

If you're going to do it no matter what, sure, I guess! But don't you think you should make sure you know you're helping the right people first?

[He shrugs. Maybe that's paranoid, but he's seen tons of well-meaning people die for helping out his organization and other for being too stupid to realize what they were getting into.]
