First Gemstone

[There's a slightly awkward looking kid waving nervously. He's wearing what's obviously the Seven Titans gear - or at least, obviously to anyone who's seen enough of them around. He also has a slightly troubled look about him... whatever it is that's bugging him, clearly it's been weighing on his mind for a while.]

Uhh... Hi! My name is Wataru and... I'm part of the Seven Titans kind of.

Um, I was wondering... [Geeze this is weird, projecting a message to a bunch of people he's never even met, but...] Did anyone else here... well, did you come here while you were in the middle of something important? 'Cause, well... My friends and I had some stuff to do, and if I don't get back--

[...He'll probably become the Half.]

Well, a lot of really bad things will happen.

We still don't have a clue how to get back or anything? And nobody's found any hints yet?

[Because as neat as this world is, he really, really needs to find a way back to Vision before Mitsuru beats him to the tower.]

Nope, just another episode of Ducktective.

I dunno, but I'm definitely going to find out.

Ducktective. It's basically Sherlock Holmes, but Sherlock is actually a duck.

[And that's really all there is to that.]

Absolutely. I'm keeping tabs on everything. There's got to be some kind of connection to why we were brought here. Things don't just happen for no reason, especially things that rip through time and space.

[Snorts.]

I'm used to weird stuff disrupting my otherwise boring day. The town I'm staying in for the summer is this really spooky hotspot for the supernatural. It's barely been a month into June and let me tell you- I have been chased by gnomes, attacked by ghosts, and almost strangled by a deranged child psychic who got friend-zoned by my sister.

With that place keeping me on my toes as it is, there's no way I wouldn't be taking notes here.

Neither did I! For some reason all of this stuff is just concentrated to this little town in the middle of nowhere. Honestly, what bothers me the most about this whole thing is that it's not Gravity Falls!

[Putting it like that, Dipper pauses, something clearly occurring to him.]

Well, it wouldn't be the first time I've seen video games and reality blur together. Long story short, this cursed arcade game made it so one of the video game characters came to life and he kind of wrecked everything.

You think maybe we are all in some video game?

Have you ever heard of Fight Fighter? It's this old fighting video game. There was this secret code scribbled on the side of it, and when I entered it in, one of the characters came out.

I mean, that sounds really cool in theory, but man. Oohhh man. It was a nightmare.

[Shudder.]

Gotcha. So, I guess we can rule that one out.

Not really, but when you're from a side scrolling, 2-D fighting game, you kind of just want to punch everything. People, cars, buildings, you know.

[He's not going to get into the whole mess where he told Rumble that Robbie was his arch enemy, nope.]

That's true, too.

We got it all sorted out thankfully, but not without a sizable amount of property damage.
