[ It's been some time since Madoka's been here. Her first day here was pretty crazy so she's mostly been getting used to the area, her guild, and... Well, basically being stuck in an entirely new world without her friends and family.

So when the feed turns on, she can't help but peer in the jewel a bit shyly. ]

H-Hello. My name is Madoka Kaname. Um, I just wanted to introduce myself to anyone I haven't talked to yet. [ Which is a lot. ] A-And I wanted to ask if anyone's seen anyone named Sayaka Miki around. Or Homura Akemi...

[ Even if Homura made her a bit nervous at times, she still considered her a friend. She wasn't sure if she should ask for Mami. How do you ask someone if they've seen a dead person? ]

If anyone from Mitakihara Town is here, I'd like to know... [ That's all, really. At first, she's ready to disconnect, but something else comes to mind. ]

I'd like to get stronger. I-I can't really do much but I want to help people. S-So if there's anything I can do...

[ Her voice trails off, and she quickly disconnects. ]

If you're going to do it no matter what, sure, I guess! But don't you think you should make sure you know you're helping the right people first?

[He shrugs. Maybe that's paranoid, but he's seen tons of well-meaning people die for helping out his organization and other for being too stupid to realize what they were getting into.]

[ She wasn't stupid. Though she could be pretty naive at times. ]

You sure about that? How can you tell which kind of person is which, then?

[He's really just trying to push her buttons and see if she'll admit she doesn't actually know.]

[ picking on little girls is so cool. ]

S-Sometimes it's easy to tell if they're obvious. B-But sometimes looks can fool you. The meanest looking person can end up being the nicest person you've ever met and the nicest looking person can end up being the meanest person you've ever met.

[ She's not sure about this guy though. She doesn't want to dislike him, because that's just not her. Everyone deserves a chance. ]

[Nobody ever said Judar was mature.]

Oh, looks like you're not too naive, after all! Maybe you'll actually survive through the first few people you try to help!

[He laughs. Well, he is behaving like a jerk and a bit of a bully, but at least his advice isn't totally bad, for the most part. That might be the only good thing coming out of his mouth, though.]

But just dismissing looks won't get you much farther than that. You've gotta be able to judge people at your first meeting, or they'll get the chance to keep tricking you over and over again.

[ She frowns at his words. Madoka decides to ignore that first sentence of his and listens to his advice. ]

I guess that's true. [ She doesn't want to put too much of a guard up, or else she'll seem unapproachable. Then again, a lot of the girls seem to really like those types of people. ]

Have you met any troublesome people here yet?

[He knows his own kind when he sees them, after all.]

For example. If you see a girl with red hair carrying a sword that cries a lot, watch out, okay? She's more dangerous than she looks! If you say the wrong thing, she might try to cut your head off.
